Tyra’s journey with health and wellness started after running the 2014

 

Chicago Marathon. She was an athlete in university but the marathon did her in with the high intensity training and turned to yoga. She found peace of mind, became body aware and wants to share this gift with everyone.

Tyra is an E-RYT vinyasa yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Ayurvedic Masseuse. She has worked from the USA to Asia and now calls Australia home.

 

She believes in the power of touch and has a very nurturing energy. Tyra is the ultimate healer. 

NICOLE BRYANT

Nicole is currently heavily involved in Motor racing, working as the Physiotherapist to Erebus Motorsport plus leading V8 Supercar drivers David Reynolds and Andre Heimgartner among others. Nicole also works with drivers and crews across not only V8 Supercars but Porsche Carrera Cup, Australian GT, Formula Ford and some International Series. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIAL TRAINING:

  • Registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA) - 4 year Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree (La Trobe 2003)

  • Graduate Certificate (Business) (Uni of Adelaide 2009)

  • Level 1-4 Clinical Pilates (DMA 2005)

  • Acupuncture and Dry Needling (2008 Combined Health QLD)

Nicole is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice. A regular attendee at conferences for Sports Medicine Australia, Musculoskeletal Medicine Australia and the Australian Physiotherapy Association Nicole is always keeping up to date with current evidence based practice and bringing this to High Line Active. 

 

Nicole strongly believes in a combination of Manual Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy plus Clinical Exercise to properly rehabilitate from pain or injury.  

 

Her career thus far has included professional stints in Melbourne, Brisbane and Cape Town (South Africa) in a variety of clinical settings including work at: The Alfred Hospital across variety of specialties; mainly Orthopaedics and Trauma including the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiothoracic and Transplant Units plus private hospital Orthopedic surgery work, Private Practice Clinics (Revive, Brisbane and Tooronga Physiotherapy, Malvern). Also Occupational Health at Virgin Australia.  Sports Physiotherapy work has included numerous sports namely AFL (Hawthorn and Melbourne Football Clubs, Triathlon Australia, Cycling Queensland, Gymnastics Australia and Athletics.
