Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate that last minute things sometimes come up and that life is challenging, we just need ample time to offer your appointment to someone else.
Less than 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will require a fee of 50% of the consultation booked. For Monday appointments we need to receive a cancellation by 11am on the Saturday prior.
Cancellation less than an hour before or non attendance will incur the full fee of the consultation.
The policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Please appreciate we can't operate the business otherwise. All clients are required to have payment details on file to secure an a appointment.
