All our Physiotherapists are qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches (ASCA) so we are perfectly placed to bring a thorough and in depth approach to your training. Our skills lie in expertly assessing your biomechanics, assessing levels of strength and creating a program to ensure you perform at your best.
Our Richmond gym is fitted with a variety of weight training equipment, a cardio station and functional training area.
