Suitable for those new to exercise, carrying an injury or less confident in mainstream exercise classes.

CARDIO CLASS:

Tuesday 9:30am - 10:20am

A faster paced class to elevate your heart rate. A fusion of boxing, free weights, bodyweight strength and dynamic movement. 

STRENGTH CLASS:

Thursday 10:30am - 10:20am

 

Increase your strength and conditioning safely with a mix of body weight, free weights and band strengthening.
